Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping:

  • Metro Melbourne: 3 business days
  • Outside Metro Melbourne: 7-14 business days

Express Shipping:

  • 1 business day delivery

Local Pickup:

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours and will be ready for collection once you receive a notification

  • Local Pickup: FREE

Delivery Areas We currently ship within Australia only. If you are located outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us directly and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

Order Processing

  • Shipped orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days
  • Pickup orders are processed within 24 hours
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, or a notification when your pickup order is ready

Tracking All shipped orders include tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Local Pickup If you select local pickup, you will receive a notification within 24 hours when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up.
